1. What is MSME (Udyam) Registration?

Udyam Registration is the official Government of India registration for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It gives eligible businesses formal MSME recognition and access to various government benefits and schemes.

These revised limits are applicable from 1 April 2025.

  • PAN details.
  • GSTIN, wherever GST registration is applicable.
  • Bank Account Number and IFSC Code.
  • Business Name and Address.
  • Business/Activity Details.
  • Investment and Turnover Details.
  • Mobile Number and Email ID.

Note: Udyam Registration is generally a paperless process. Information is verified electronically, so physical document submission is generally not required.
